While the facilities leave a bit to be desired, the service I received was exceptional. The receptionist was warm and friendly as was the nurse who took my vitals. The 5 stars are for the practitioner who conducted my physical. She was thorough, put my mind at ease when I shared my anxieties about visiting doctors and helped me put together a plan for my health that left me feeling empowered rather than judged. Lastly, the phlebotomist was great. Didn’t even feel the pinch of the needle.

The worst hospital. I went there my 3 years old child to see an neurologyst, my appointment was at 8:45 AM, and I arrived at 8:00 AM; by 10:00 AM, I was still waiting. I left because my baby was hungry and we had waited too long. I asked repeatedly what was going on, but I never got a clear answer. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone at all—especially if you're going with your baby.
