To start with the positives: the doctor seems to genuinely care about his patients and has their best interests in mind. Additionally, the office staff is polite and welcoming, which made a long wait a bit more bearable. That said, the scheduling and time management at this office are a major issue. My sister had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM, but we weren’t seen until 5:05 PM — a wait of over an hour and a half. This doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident, but rather an ongoing issue caused by chronic overbooking. While I appreciate the care once you're finally seen, the excessive wait times are simply unacceptable. Patients time should be respected, and waiting this long for a scheduled appointment is frustrating and discouraging. If you choose this office, be prepared to wait — and plan accordingly. I hope they address the scheduling problems soon, as the staff and doctor clearly have potential to provide a much better experience.
