The consult with Dr. Roy Geronemus was great. He is very attentive and nice and I did not have to wait long to be seen. I had the first treatment session right away and am confident that the results will be very good. The medical and admin staff were also very good and welcoming. I felt really well cared in his clinic.

Dr. G was recommended to me from dermatologists that didn’t feel comfortable treating my situation. I was a little hesitant to go to the appointment because of an unfavorable review I read. I actually called the office and discussed my concerns with the staff and they were very patient and kind with me and encouraged me to come for a consultation. This office is a very different experience than is provided at a med spa. They have “medical professionals” taking care of you the entire time. I was fortunate to have a highly trained nurse prep me for my consultation. She was able to go into a depth about my procedure that I haven’t received anywhere else, ever! When Dr. G came in he was super cool, a very confident and self assured expert. I instantly understood why Dr.G has the reputation of being the best in the industry. He was able to tailor a treatment plan for my complex situation that all other doctors turned away from. I’m very grateful to have been treated by Dr. G and his amazing staff.
