Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with an agency. The staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely generous with their time and support. What really stood out to me is that even after I was discharged, they continued to check in on my wellbeing—something I’ve never experienced with other places. It didn’t feel transactional at all; it felt like they actually cared about me as a person, not just a client. The environment is positive, respectful, and welcoming, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to heal and grow. The space itself is clean and calming, and the staff treat everyone with dignity. Compared to other agencies I’ve been to, this one truly goes above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for real support in a healthy, caring environment where clients actually matter.

Someone reported my previous review and it was removed, so I am posting again. I agree with many of the negative reviews here. In my experience, some of the instructors and staff in this program are extremely unprofessional. Responses often take 2–3 weeks, and there were issues with the way my Zoom classes were calculated, which resulted in me having to complete 12 additional Zoom sessions. The facility itself was also concerning. The bathrooms were frequently dirty, with urine and feces left unattended. My advice to anyone participating in this program is to document everything. Keep records of all phone calls, text messages, emails, attendance, screenings, and appointments. Always request copies of any paperwork you sign or complete. Save screenshots, photos, and any written communication for your records. Having documentation can be very important if questions arise later regarding your participation or compliance. If you are having serious issues with a worker or feel you are being treated unfairly, know your rights and seek appropriate guidance. No participant should feel intimidated, ignored, or disrespected. Based on my experience, this was not the professional recovery counseling environment I expected. DONT LET ANYONE THREATEN YOU
