Not only to they have the most horrific customer service, they NEVER get back to you even when they charge you incorrectly, no one helps you, and your therapist will do nothing but give you their email. I had a massive head injury an hour before my appt. I went to city md which is NEXT DOOR to my office. My appt was at 10am. I went to UC at 9am, at which point I immediately texted my therapist and kept her up to do. At 9:55 the doctor took me which I told her. I was out the door by 10:03 and remember I work next door so making a 10am appt with notice I gave shouldn't be so hard, and I will just be a few minutes late. My therapist, not me, decides it's best if I reschedule and then CHARGES ME. I emailed and called the office over 7 times in two weeks to absolutely NO avail. My therapist was unhelpful, cold, unkind, and incredible condescending even though this all took place the time of my actual session. When I asked her if we could just sign on as do part of it and her answer over and over again was "We can discuss this on your next session" as if I am not a human being that you just charged that would like to discuss the validity of said charge. Well, I found a new therapist. Because this is NYC and if you're not a kind therapist who cares about actual health, in my head mind you I had a severe concussion, you don't get mu money. AND your company doesn't even care about people enough to give them the courtesy of a return phone their automated message says they will in fact do, then you are certainly not for me. And by the way,, I found a therapist in 3 minutes. You are all replaceable.
