I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor’s office. For two years, I tried to schedule a physical appointment, but they refused to book it because of a $50 balance I was unaware of. When I called to resolve the issue, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, treating me poorly and showing a lack of empathy. They only seemed to care about money. I had to go elsewhere to get my physical done. Once the balance was cleared, they finally contacted me to schedule the appointment, but by then, I had already changed my primary care provider. I wouldn’t recommend this office due to the poor customer service and the focus on financial issues over patient care.

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated when I called this office today at 4:09pm. The receptionist, who said her name was Hafiza, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I explained that my mother is very sick with a high fever and body aches and asked if there was any way to get an appointment. She coldly said there were no appointments and told me to bring her next Monday. When I asked if my sick mother was expected to sit and wait, her response was to take her to the emergency room. There was no empathy, concern, or willingness to help. Working in a doctor’s office, patients and their families should be treated with care and respect, especially when someone is clearly unwell. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced this behavior from her. Every time I call, she speaks arrogantly and rudely. Several of my relatives have also had similar experiences with her. Because of this interaction, the office has lost a patient today. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as front-desk staff represent the entire practice.
