I cannot recommend Align Care Physical Therapy enough. My grandmother was involved in a terrible car accident that left her struggling to walk and in significant pain. After just three sessions with the main therapist Shalin, she had already regained some of her prior mobility and experienced a dramatic reduction in discomfort. He is an incredibly skilled and attentive therapist who clearly knows what he is doing, and more importantly, genuinely cares about his patients' progress. Nicky, the owner, is truly one of a kind. Her enthusiasm for what she does comes through in every interaction. She is warm, responsive, and incredibly easy to reach. At one point, she even carved out time during an overseas vacation to hop on a call and help us sort things out. Nicky and Shalin have been an integral part of my family and I wold highly reccomend their services to anyone who needs help.

I had an excellent experience with Francisco Ortiz. From the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable, even when I was dealing with significant neck pain and not in the best mood following an accident a few months ago. What truly stood out to me was how effective his treatment was—after just the first therapy session, my pain was almost completely gone, which felt incredible. He takes the time to clearly explain what he is doing and why, which helped me feel more confident and involved in my recovery. Francisco also provided me with exercises to continue at home and educated me on how to properly move and care for my neck to prevent further pain or injury.
