Extremely unprofessional. They stopped taking my mothers insurance and didn’t even bother to call me to let me know. I only found out because I called to ask if her insurance accepted her evaluation to start therapy. Otherwise we would’ve just kept waiting. I then found a new clinic and called them to have the referral sent. “I’ll call you back in one hour.” I called back and the lady that spoke to me left, without ever handling the referral situation. Customer service has been rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend other places.

It's not even 5 pm and they are already closed, I came in last week around 4pm and two women of Indian descent came out (one with an attitude) and said they were closed. They need to update there hours.
