If you’d like to get through to a supervisor for an emergency issue, they bounce the call amongst the receptionists and you end up spending hours playing phone tag. Not only is that a waste of time for people, it also means the people that need the care are not receiving it in a timely manner. On the off chance you do get in touch with a supervisor, they don’t resolve the issues because the employees that they get to complete the tasks don’t do it properly. Higher management should do a better job at hiring people who are more professional and productive. This isn’t even for food or entertaining services, it’s for healthcare. They should take it more seriously before patients end up in the hospital.
