I only gave one star because the young lady at the front desk was very nice, other than that complete bad experience! I arrived at 10:00 am which is the time of opening and noticed it was closed with sickly/injured people standing outside in the cold waiting to get in. There was also one employee there waiting for a key to get in. 10:06 another employee arrives with the key and we were finally let in. After getting in my name was called at around 10:16 am. I went to the back explained my injury and asked if it was ok to get a referral for an xray and for the podiatrist. The NICE young lady from front desk went to confirm if it was ok by her peer to make sure and then told me it was OK and that the doctor will be with me in a few. Another employee comes to the room at around 10:44 am stating that the doctor is running late due to traffic and that the Doctor will arrive in about 10-15 mins. I said ok because I understand things happen so I continued to patiently wait. Now it’s 11:11 am and it’s well over past 10-15 mins, I heard a different voice talking to someone for about 10 mins so I decide to open the door to get updated and it was the Doctor and another employee was sitting down in the back talking for well over 10 mins about nothing that involved the job. I asked her was she the doctor ? In the nastiest tone she said “Yes I am and I’m TALKING I’ll be with you in a minute” with her finger pointing brushing me off. At this point I’m in pain and uncomfortable, and I tell her I been waiting for over an a half all I want is my ankle to be wrapped up and 2 referrals. How is this urgent care when I been waiting close to two hours just to be seen. She then SLAMS her office door and continued her conversation that had nothing to do with the job. She finally comes in and asks what happen , I told her my injury she then wrapped my ankle then proceeded to go get the xray referral. Came back to pass me the referral and continued to keep walking away with no clarity on what should I do, how to deal with the injury, no prescription for the pain and swelling, and no explanation to why I was only given 1 referral when I was told it was ok to give me both referrals. At this point I could not believe how unprofessional and rude this doctor was, so I told her to come back I could not hear what she said and she has this attitude like I’m bothering her. So now I tell her to please come and speak to me like a human being, she then came up to me while I’m sitting down stating that I said she wasn’t a human being 😳 Now I’m completely flabbergasted and told her I did not say that and that she was being very rude and dismissive after sitting here waiting for so long in pain and discomfort. I also stated I was told I was able to get both referrals, the doctor said why? in a snappy tone and I said because I know my ankle isn’t broke I would more than likely need an MRI and the podiatrist specializes in that field, and both employees said it was ok already. The doctor yells “I DONT CARE WHAT THEY TOLD YOU I SAID NO” “WE DON’T DO THAT”!!! Now I’m completely turned off and yelled back and told her that she’s rude, unprofessional ,and can’t even arrive to work on time and got some nerve talking to me like I’m her kid or her husband. If I wasn’t able to get both then fine explain that to me. Don’t get frustrated and yell at me. Now as I’m leaving to go she says I don’t have time for this and goes in her office and closes the door. I walked out to go to front desk to get a paper stating that I was there and the doctor is in the back telling her employees in a loud tone that I can hear all the way up front saying “Won’t she just go to her primary care doctor and ask for it” and continued to bash me while there were patients up front. I yelled back I will be writing a review about this!! I say this to say It’s no compassion, no empathy, unprofessional, and no sense of direction. Do not ever go to this place!!!
