I will never come back to this place. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. The employee spent several minutes chatting with the customer before me and kept me waiting even after she finished helping her. I am pregnant and was standing there waiting, but she made no effort to move things along or show any consideration. When I asked about the charge, she told me it was for packaging the products, even though two of them were still in their original packaging. Later, when I checked the receipt, I saw a $6.50 “computer rental” charge instead — even though I never used the computer and only emailed the label. I felt misled and very disappointed by the lack of transparency. Very disappointing experience.

They are taking advantage of being the only place to print in the area and it’s sad. 1. If you main commodity is printing how do you run out of color ink? 2. 1 black and white print for 5 bucks? Are yall using rare trees cultivated by Jesus? Is the ink harvested from seal sperm? Like… why? I get inflation. But this is robbery.
