My son had no words at 22 months - not even Mama or Dada. He had some health issues which most likely contributed to oral-motor speech and gross motor delays. He has been seeing Norma with BST for 5 months and I couldn't tell you many words he has today (her name, Norma, being one of them as he adores her). We're elated with the progress he has made and continues to make. Taylor was thoughtful and considerate of his unique health history upon initial discussions and setting up of therapy. We can't say enough good things.

We are so thankful to Brooklyn Speech Therapy and Jodie! Jodie has worked with our son starting from age 3, and we've seen so much progress since they started working together. Jodie is super engaging, patient, and so wonderful with our son. Our son is always excited to see her - she brings lots of variety in terms of activities, books, and techniques. One thing we really appreciate is how dynamic the sessions are - Jodie manages to work with our son even when he's had a long day at school and adjusts activities to make sure he stays engaged. Jodie also has deep expertise around the techniques needed to address our son's specific speech issues, and also is super communicative and clear in terms of sharing exercises and areas that we can work on at home outside of the sessions. Our son can now communicate so much more easily with classmates and other grown-ups and we credit his wonderful sessions with Jodie for the speedy growth we've seen.
