Rapid Medical Care Pc

Been going here since before dr. Katechis. Overall no problems. Seen pretty quickly, 15-20mins given I usually walk-in for emergencies, like fever and cold. When Eugenia is there things go perfectly. The other girl, however and I don't know if she's there anymore, isn't pleasant. The ma's are decent, since English isn't their first language check to make sure they understand what you are saying and what they are writing down match.

So I just called to make an appointment and the first thing I did is explain what I want and why,first thing is the girl who answered my call picks up and says the doctor will call you and hang up,I called again and I explain what I wanted,she says they don’t do that there,all I wanted was my medical check up done and they don’t do it,I got their number from my work and was told to go there and the girl had such a bad attitude as a receptionist and says they don’t do a simple medical test,I ask for her name and she hangs up on me,I tried calling back and they won’t answer,I kept trying and after 10 mins she answer and I asked for her name and she pretends not to hear me like she did before as well,so I told her don’t pretend not to hear me then she says my name is niki,her name is niki and you have such a bad attitude for someone to be in the front,no wonder you guys are rated 2 stars,I’m sure it has all to do with the attitude of the receptionist,very rude and she basically don’t know what she is doing,first she ask me for all my details just to tell me they can’t do my medical test,thank you anyways because it wasn’t worth it after all.
