I called the office to get a refill of my mother's medicine 1 week before she ran out only to be told they sent her medicine to pharmacy she hasn't used in over 6 years and not the pharmacy we gave them the first time either. I go to both pharmacies to be told no such medicine has been sent or canceled in the last week. I call the office a 3rd time only to get someone who didn't bother to listen to what's going on, repeating the same crap about the office being closed Monday because of snow and it takes 2 days for the pharmacy to receive the prescriptionwhen this is going on for 2 weeks. My mom has been without medication for 2 weeks. The office staff that deals with this stuff is incompetent, insensitive and rude, they rush you off the phone. DO NOT GO HERE. I'm removing both my parents as patients ASAP.

Horrible Experience.I waited two hours and left. Rude staff. They had a signed posted stating to be patient. The doctor was delayed. I asked another patient about the sign. She stated she has been going there for two years and that sign has always been there. No consideration for other peoples time.
