Even though I was a patient at their prior facility in Bklyn I still can't get through to them. The woman who does phone evaluations before scheduling apptnmnts is a big part of the problem. She's entirely inadequate. I attribute that to poor training. She thinks an fMRI is a treatment. And claims it costs $38,000. Their website offers Ketamine and the Gammacore device for vagus nerve stim but in fact they do NOT offer these treatments according to the same woman. She knows nothing about insurance coverage. She just makes up answers to questions and her information is totally incorrect. After that initial experience I tried contacting them a second time via email and recieved no reply. It appears their whole intake process is a haphazard mess.

It was as if I popped up out of the sea on a calm day taking my first breath of air. This all took place after my initial treatments of TMS. I know exactly where I was walking and, finely, where I might want to go. I trust Radial to do it right. I trust Radial shares the same information they knowI trust Radial will be compassionate. I trust Radial wants to share the wave of the discoveries and relief with all walks of life with mental illness. I trust Radial will treat me with respect and individuality. I trust Radial because the treatment I do works.
