My family has used Dr.Scheiner for about the last 6 years. I find his staff to be excellent. Dr. himself is a really nice guy and has done numerous procedures on me and my daughters. He is very professional and I recommend him highly. Recent posts indicate occasional waits...my question is...what Dr. in NYC doesn't experience long waits at times?
