If it wasn't for Dr. Lewis Wright (5 star doctor) I would NEVER come to this office. Dr. Wright is a great doctor with good bedside manners. He listens to your concerns and tries to address them and gives you good advice. However, the last two times I came, I was sent to go back out to withdraw money and get them change for $50. This is so inconvenient for patients who come here sick and have to pay a copay. Fine, you don't have a debit card machine so I understand, but if I brought in cash the next time to pay my copay, because I knew you don't accept debit, DON'T send me out again to get change for $50. What if the patient was pregnant, disabled or elderly? What if I ended up passing out on my way to get change for a copay visit? It is NOT my problem if your manager is not in. I came for my visit to be seen because I am sick and not feeling well. If this is a business, don't make it so inconvenient for patients to pay for their office visits, especially if they are sick and waiting to be seen for more than an hour. P.S. I want to add that after I declined to go back out due to illness, I ended up getting my change.
