The facility is quiet and immaculate, and every staff member has an excellent attitude—they ensure you never feel anxious or frightened. As I am particularly sensitive to the cold, a nurse kindly brought me two extra sheets—which were still warm—to cover myself with; it was a truly heartwarming gesture. The surgical center employs nurses who speak both Chinese and English, and they are all highly knowledgeable, explaining the details of the procedure to you with great clarity.
