I just got my new glasses here and couldn’t be happier! The doctor and staff were very friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me find frames that fit my face perfectly. The whole process was smooth — from the eye exam to picking up my glasses, everything was quick and professional. My new lenses are crystal clear, he had them made with transitions AND blue light protection. Highly recommend this shop if you want great service and quality eyewear!

I do not know who runs this place, but whoever I just spoke to sounds very uninviting and miserable. I called to schedule an appointment with the doctor there, and he answered the phone with a bad attitude. He asks me, "What are you making the appointment for?" I am like to CHECK my vision. It was just a silly question. Then , he asked me for my insurance information, to which I provided. After an awkward silent hold for a minute, he then tells me, "their website is frozen." SIR, what ? I mean, I am all about vibes and decent customer service. His entire tone and line of questions are very off-putting to me and weird. I do want to spend my money some place where I feel uncomfortable or uninvited. Please work on your customer service skills or hire someone who actually wants to help the business grow.
