I with to express my comments about the medical care rendered to me by DR MUHAMMAD RAMZAN MD. First of all, my case is very difficult since, in addition to multiple medical conditions, I started Hemodialysis recently. Dr Ramzan has been my primary care Physician for several years, in hospitals, nursing homes & his medical office. How can you call him nothing but Sterling? His expertise in his specialty is outstanding with the extraordinary medical care he provides showing his very deep empathy & compassion. He guides with remarkable skill, with his bedside manners bringing exceptional comfort & reassurance, explaining difficult medical issues calmly & clearly. His ability to diagnose & treat with thoroughness makes a huge difference, with his attention to detail ensuring the best possible outcome. His positive attitude & optimism are contagious & uplifting, always inspiring as a healer & a beacon of hope. He is not only a most remarkable Doctor, combining knowledge, heart & professionalism, but also a true friend, always ready to help at a time of need. The front desk staff has not been helpful. I submitted a form three weeks ago, and I was assured it would be completed within one week to ten days. Unfortunately, despite visiting the office and calling over the past four days, the form is still not completed. Each time, I am told that it is being processed and that the manager will call me back, but I have not received any call so far. I am unsure how much longer this will take. I would like to emphasize that the doctor is excellent without any doubt; however, my experience with the front desk staff and the manager has been very disappointing.
