My review is wayyyy overdue . A year ago I was suffering from severe back pain . I had bad sciatica on my right leg . I was getting management injections that relieved the pain temporarily . I went to visit a doctor to see if I was a candidate for back surgery. My pain was so bad . I needed help getting dressed, walking and doing everyday activities . I’m 38 years old ! I was so depressed to think I was going through this . My doctor recommended physical therapy . I was skeptical . I was referred to Carl from a therapy place in Howard beach that didn’t accept my insurance . (HIP/Health care partners ). Carl & Nick have an amazing team . Everyone is very professional and very helpful . They work with you and try to help you as much as they can . Carl introduced me to heat/ice therapy that Helps with swelling . I love the massage machine for pain . Carl will massage the area, and suggest exercise ideas to help manage your pain . The office is cozy and every room has a curtain for privacy . My pain went from a 10 to now on my worst days a 4. I’m so happy I was recommended to this office. Thank you Carl for changing my life !
