My review is about my mother’s Home Attendant whose name is Maritza DeLosSantos. This woman has been heaven sent. She is so attentive and caring and goes above and beyond her title. My mother looks forward to always seeing her which to me speaks volumes. The coordinator I believe her name is Giselle also very sweet professional and on point. Thank you Quality Care for such great service

I have been dealing with this agency for a number of years and find that they are not very prompt in returning calls, and many times forget to inform me if my Home Help is not able to make it. Recently I had a fill-in for my regular Home Help who left my house with my laundry card, without which I cannot do laundry in my building where I live. When I brought this up with the Agency their response was that I was forgetful, and must not have realized that you get returned the card to me. When I assured her that was not the case, the basic response was that it was my tough luck. I feel the agency should feel a responsibility towards their clients and their workers.
