If I could give SOL a 0 I would. They have the worst admin staff I’ve ever encountered. From day 1 there were issues with them getting my appointment right, to not calling me back, to failing to get urgent messages too my prescriber, to failing to contact my pharmacy after they said they would. Not to mention the prescribers who should be reported for malpractice. I met with two prescribers during my time there. one who prescribed me the wrong meds on accident and didn’t care about pre existing health conditions before prescribing, and the second who was too lazy to make sure she put the prior authorization in in time enough for me to fill my prescription. Stated “I don’t work on Fridays so I figured I could just do it Monday” and ignorantly ignore that my meds ran out on Saturday. This was also after she had 5 days to get the ppw in. When trying to speak to the manager Tracy about this my emails were ignored and I was then hung up on by here. Good therapists are leaving the practice due to the awful leadership and disorganization here. Save yourself the headache and seek care elsewhere.
