Qlimg Rochdale Village Ped Office

Dr. Maria Rodriguez has always been very responsive and has delivered consistent outstanding services. However, I am highly disappointed with nurse's services. I submitted a simple form to be filled out for my daughter to attend Daycare. I was told that the form will be filled out in 5 to 7 business days. I have been actively requesting updates about the status of the form and have found staff to be unresponsive, despite my continuous follow ups. This is holding up my daughter's education and affecting my work schedule. This is extremely unprofessional and demonstrates a lack of interest in their patients.

The Doctor and staff was nice on both of my visits here. The issue is after tests results came in I couldn't contact the doctor or this facility. It's day 4 and I've sent several messy through the portal and with the call center and still there have been no response from the office itself and the call center cannot really help with anything. Results suggest follow up in a week but next available appointment os not until March. If I knew this is how this office operates I would've never choose it.
