I had appointment at 3:30pm with the endocrinologist and I was there before the time at 2:00pm and I told the front desk if I can be seen early and she said let’s see. 15 mins later the MA call my name and Dc Alfonso was amazing and fast. Listen all my concerns and send me the blood work need it. I be back!

I am writing to express my concerns about the service I have consistently received at your clinic. Specifically, I have observed a recurring issue where patients’ time is not adequately respected, leading to prolonged waiting periods and scheduling inefficiencies. Additionally, I have encountered two staff members who appear similar in appearance—both wearing glasses and braided hair—whose interactions with patients, have been notably discourteous. Their demeanor lacks the professionalism and hospitality expected in a healthcare setting, which has made my visits uncomfortable.
