Despite having labs and procedures performed during my visit and personally witnessing the specimens being prepared, a month passed with no results posted to the patient portal. After multiple follow-up calls that went unreturned, I was eventually told there was no record of the order and nothing was ever sent to the lab. Being told I have to return to redo these procedures due to an internal administrative error is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. Based on my experience and similar reviews from others regarding lab handling issues, I will not be returning to this practice. I cannot recommend an office where basic follow-up and specimen tracking are handled so poorly. In addition, the check-in area lacks privacy. The current desk layout can use a more private setup for handling patient information.
