Wish I could give ZERO stars. Initial visit on January 2023 was thorough. Both the Dr and a PA were attentive. My follow up was a disaster. They had me sitting in the waiting area for over 1 hour and I had to leave because I needed to get somewhere on time. The Dr followed up the next day with a video call and said all was well and that he would send me prescription for migrane meds which they NEVER SENT. Instead I received heavy doses of Gabapentin at 1800 mg per day , something I have never taken before that. The day after the video follow up, I received a call from a secretary saying my bloodwork was abnormal and I needed to see another Dr. I Didn't go back until 8/10 /2024 after an ER Dr suggested neuro. The Dr walked in with Migrane samples tablets and started to tell.me to take it without even so much as asking me what brought me there . I proceeded to explain to him my symptoms and he continually kept cutting me off and talking over me and harped on the pills. I had to ask him if i could finish what I was trying to say. Even then he brushed me off. He Did not examine me nor checm where I indicated the pain was , Just said I needed mri and AGAIN he would prescribe me the migrane meds . 10 days later and I called the office today to enquire about the prescription . Their phone is always ringing out or someone says please hold. They'll put you on hold for long periods and you have to repeat yourself to them all over again. I have called multiple times in the past week. And the phone just kept ringing out or im put on hold. I was put on hold today and When the individual answering phone came back to me, and I asked why my prescription for my scans or my medicine has not been submitted to insurance and she said " I don't know ..you have to ask the doctor" I said I need to find out what is causing the delay and that I need to schedule these appointments and only have a small window of time to do so. She tried tp push me off the phone saying she doesn't know she's gonna have the doctor call me back . Very rude non Informative and hostile . The day is finished, the doctor did not call me back but I received yet another prescription alert for the same medicine from last year. The medicine I clearly told the Dr was too strong for me and that I didn't take it at that strength. PRETTY BLATANT ATROCIOUS AND DISMISSIVE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS. PERHAPS IM THE WRONG COLOR OR SPEAK THE WRONG LANGUAGE FOR ME TO BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION OR SHOWN EMPATHY OR RESPECT AT THIS OFFICE???

If I can give him zero stars, I would. I went there because I have consistent headache and somedays it is really bad that even a sligh movement of my head hurts. He recommended that I should go for MRI and cartiod scan. After the scan, I waited 2 weeks and no one reach out to me about the result. I had to call twice before I can get an appointment to go in to go over the scan result. As usual, there is a wait at the doctor office, which I understand but when it was my turn to go in he did not even spend 2 minutes with me and brush me off. He came into the exam room, saying eveything is fine nothing to worry about. Did not even ask if the condition worsen or better since the last visit. Did not even ask if the meds he prescribed previously was working. Did not ask anything at all. Then I asked him, " If eveything is fine, why am I still getting the headaches so often?" To that he answered " Oh ! You are still getting headaches, no problem." Then he turned to his intern and said to precribe me another kind of meds. The whole process made me feel like he don't care about you as a patient. Just get in and get out so they could bill the insurance and collect copay from you.
