I have never done therapy before so this was a new experience for me. The atmosphere at Jag was more than I expected. The staff from the initial phone call to my in person visit was awesome. The place is clean and well organized. Everyone at Starrett city was welcoming and very professional. Ms. Jayla is the best. She’s very polite and knowledgeable. She explains everything she’s going to do and offers at home exercises. I will definitely continue my sessions because of how I felt from day one and I’m already experiencing positive results

So far my experience has been very positive. The staff is kind, professional, and attentive to my needs. I just started therapy, but I already feel supported and confident in the care I’m receiving. Looking forward to continuing my treatment here.
