I first heard about Pulmonary Wellness from one of my support groups. I then bought Noah's book on Amazon which I read, and was excited to try out his program in person. Living in NJ it was not an easy commute but I did it for 6 weeks. I thought the respiratory therapists were wonderful; very friendly, motivating, professional and attentive. The office itself is a colorful, upbeat mélange of art, and I especially enjoyed the music that was playing as I felt it was energizing. I was able to improve my stats by quite a bit as shown by the testing they do at the end. I have also spent a lot of time listening to Noah's webinars and educational videos. Having said this, I was hoping it would be more than establishing an exercise program. I would have liked to have met with a therapist who could evaluate my airway clearance techniques in person, as that is what I am most interested in improving. This is a great program for someone with lung or cardiac issues who wishes to establish an exercise routine. If you want information on airway clearance techniques or other info regarding pulmonary care, you need to watch their educational videos on their website. There is quite a bit of information there.
