I had a very negative experience with Nurse Kim Conway. She incorrectly entered the date on my paid family leave document, which unfortunately led to my application being denied. I also found her to be a poor listener, rushed, and quite confrontational. As a first-time mom and someone experiencing pregnancy for the first time, she was far from supportive. I regret not switching providers earlier, especially given her rude behavior and the way she rushed me to undress when I was 30 weeks pregnant. While the pediatrics department was initially excellent, things changed after my baby turned six months. They stopped scheduling her appointments consistently, and we haven't had a regular doctor. I sent a message last month regarding my baby's ten-month appointment but have yet to receive a response.
