I had a great experience coming to this space for physical therapy during my pregnancy. Anushka was incredible. Very warm, attentive, and helpful. She had me do exercises for the full hour each week which I think helped me prep for birth and avoid complications. It is a busy place to do PT but the staff are friendly and I felt very good about Anushka’s qualifications. I highly recommend seeing her if you’re expecting or postpartum.
