A great and highly professional team of therapists, with great sense of commitment, passion, dedication and excellent care and support skills. All patients are treated with respect and dignity at every session. The entire facility is exceptionally clean always. I highly recommend this facility and location at 798 Southern Blvd Bronx, for anyone in need of PT services. Shalom! 👍

The staff here is friendly, attentive, and very approachable — you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. However, it does feel like the office could use a few more hands on deck, as the team seems stretched thin and unable to give as much one-on-one attention as they’d probably like to. Luckily, this isn’t my first time doing physical therapy, so I was able to follow along confidently, but it might be challenging for someone new to the process. Overall, I really appreciate their professionalism and the quality of their patient care, but I do hope they bring on more support so the team can provide the focused care they’re clearly capable of.
