I’ve had an outstanding experience with Seida Velija. She always takes the time to listen without ever making me feel rushed. Her approach and ability to understand my concerns make every visit comfortable and reassuring. It’s clear she is dedicated to providing the best care possible.

I had a colonoscopy scheduled for Wednesday 4-27-22 and prepared all day Tuesday 4-26-22. When I arrived for the scheduled appointment at 10 am I was informed that the procedure had been cancelled and that the Doctor no longer did the procedure on Wednesdays. I was then directed to meet with the office manager, who informed me that the record indicated that I was notified. Not only was I not notified but I called the office the week prior to find out if I should hold off taking several medications. My first call I left a message and the call was not returned. On Friday I spoke with someone from the office who stated that she would call me back later that day. I did not receive the call back. This is absolutely not acceptable and I would not recommend this practice moving forward.
