Man this place like here man I was so pissed off some white women they're that her and some other lady named luisa something that work for housing the white lady name is Lisa I brang them paperwork my social security and that white lady lisa whatever like looks mean and then I went and was supposed to get an apartment around harlem the ending of last year around the winter and just to tell me that some guy was going to go back and move in that apartment like such a waste of time somebody told me about this place from ahrc that is like around the same building

I registered for Project Renewal’s employment services in June 2023 and I cancelled my enrollment after 6 months in December. It was a total waste of time. ZERO job interviews. ZERO job offers. And most of the assistance they do provide is just helping you with the job search, which is what I was doing anyway before I got there. My vocational counselor had to quit and many of the other counselors decided to leave as well. Furthermore, the jobs they try to place clients in are generally low-skilled and pay close to minimum wage. On the other hand, I’m a college graduate with a few years of professional experience and they couldn’t help me at all. PR may help you if you’ve been out of the workforce for an extended period of time or if you’re trying to get your first job, but not for me. The intake process is too long as well and some of the questions they ask are too personal (e.g. Social Security, medications you’re taking, etc.) 2/5 - Do NOT recommend.
