Impressive practice, in all details! 8:30 am was already busy, yet everyone was kind and efficient. I had a lot of tests done in the first visit, and more to come. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of Dr Kessaris and his entire staff, thank you!

Office does have a long wait time but the doctors are very friendly and kind i came with my mom for her appointment and had the pleasure of having Dr. David and he was TRULY amazing very patient and kind to my mom . The front desk was also amazing thanks to LUISA for helping us check in and fill out paper work . Also JOSE the manager he was very helpful and sweet and last id like to say the call center staff was very professional i had the pleasure of speaking to EILEEN " I'm not sure if i spelled her name correctly " she was very sweet kind and patient with my mother and I when we booked the appointment she took her time with us did not rush us she was very professional and really took her time with my mother she really set the tone for our visit and for the office in general i would highly recommend this office as the STAFF in general is beyond amazing and whoever is running the call center knows what they are truly doing and other offices really should take notes

I would not book another appointment with this practice. I went to their Astoria location for kidney pain. They did a in office ultra sound of my bladder, the office bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. The desk staff seemed very annoyed when I told them this information. After a rushed chat with a PA, Dr. Stefanidis, he sent me for a CT scan in Manhattan. I heard nothing from their office about any results but received multiple messages prompting me to fill out more medical forms, many of which were duplicate. I also received messages confirming appointments that were already complete, which was both confusing and annoying. They finally contacted me 6 days after my initial visit to tell me I had an infection that needed antibiotics. The receptionist was confusing, asking me about my symptoms and she seemed to ask if I thought I needed antibiotics. When I pushed back that it was up to the doctor to decide that, not me, she became very defensive and accusatory. I asked why it took them 6 days to tell me I needed antibiotics? It’s a 7 day course, I could have been almost finished and pain free instead of just getting the prescription and enduring another week of symptoms. She told me the doctor would call me, but then called me back 2 more times and continued to be argumentative, eventually telling me to “relax, you’re too stressed out,” which was patronizing and unhelpful. The doctor contacted me to discuss the CT scan and proceeded to tell me about existing medical conditions I have that I am already very aware of-things I wrote in the intake forms and discussed during my first appointment. If you want doctors and staff that actually listen to you or make any effort to understand your medical history avoid this place at all costs. They’re not worth the wasted time and aggravation.

I am very pleased to respond to your request! I want to emphasize that this is only my initial impression, as this was my first visit to you! I really hope that it will remain the same in the future! Dr. Yong made a great impression on me with his professionalism, listening skills and instant understanding of the essence of the matter! This impression was confirmed by very competent medical prescriptions! I would also like to mention the very competent and professional nurse, as well as the friendly and helpful support staff! Sincerely, Dr. Martin Orensteyn, your new grateful patient.

Good doctor but insane waiting time. Prepare to wait at least 2 hours before you start to see someone. Elder and sick people can’t wait that long to be seeing. I recommend some type of time management.
