The doctor was amazing and the staff was as well. I did have an issue that was supposed to be handled by the manager but no one approached me once the visit was over. I am hoping that they reach out to resolve the issue I had with one of the staff members. Otherwise it was a great environment and visit

The staff and Dr. Chan were excellent. However, I gave a lower rating due to the extraordinarily long wait time. I arrived at 10:50 a.m. for an 11:00 appointment. I was checked in by a nurse around 11:15 who told me that they were "backed up" and the wait time could be 30 or so minutes. At 1:20 p.m. I informed the front desk that I had been waiting for over two hours for an 11 a.m. appointment. They brought over the office manager who assured me that I was next for the procedure. I finally got on the table at 1:30 p.m. and was done within 15 minutes. I don't know if they were over scheduled by the surgical coordinator or something else went awry. Regardless, a two hour and 30 minute wait was unacceptable. During my wait, no one updated me until I inquired. Next time I will not hesitate to make inquiry much sooner.

I really enjoyed my visit to the clinic. The staff were super friendly, and Dr. Patrick Yong was both extremely easy‑going and professional. I will definitely come back and recommend him to everyone!

Have been with Dr. Chan 8 years now. He is very professional and friendly. Staff also polite, efficient and professional. The office and equipment are very clean and organized.

You are unique here in New York City today. For those who don't know him, Dr. Chan is truly super professional in every sense, which that word encompasses. From his utmost knowledge of his subject, To the methodology he uses to explain the patient's options, To the manner and tone he uses to ask questions, And above all, his honesty, Something so rare these days, throughout the world, where the medical profession is largely focused solely on monetary concerns. Dr. Chan deserves national recognition, and I would say I would love for him to be able to teach to the new generations. Perhaps he doesn't know everything we patients go through with the treatment of some professionals. For example, in my case, I went to another doctor before, and without him knowing that I had already researched a lot of information about the procedures to consider for my condition, he insisted that it had to be an invasive procedure, and that I should even have STEM implants. If I didn't do it, I would end up in the emergency room and the outcome would be much worse. Even when he sent a summary of my visit to my primary care physician, he lied about conditions I didn't have at that time, nor had I ever had before. That's why I'm so grateful to Dr. Chan and I hope he never changes his ways. Even though I had time to get an appointment with him, because it seemed longer than I'd hoped, it was worth it. He restored my faith in doctors and reassured me that I was in good hands and that I never had to endure my agony any longer. Thank you 😇 Dr. #ShermanChan
