I appreciate the time they take to listen to your pinpoint on where the pain is coming from and how to go about it. The JAG Staff is extremely friendly and caring. I totally recommend this place. It also has an elevator which help those who cannot go up the stairs or have walkers/wheelchairs

I signed up for a new patient appointment and was scheduled with in the week, at fiest I thought that was great. An hour before my appointment is set to commence I am called by the front desk informing they have issues seeing my insurance is active. I assured her it is and she tells me they wont see me because an Insurance portal says it’s terminated. I requested an Advanced Beneficiary Notice so I could still be seen and she told me I couldnt. If she would have attempted to submit for authorization she would have seen it’s working. Althought I pleaded to be seen I was refused services over outdated information that is out of my control. Save yourself the time and energy, go where you’re heard and helped when you are in NEED of care!!
