Professional Orthopedic And Sports Physical Therapy Pc

As an active 79 year old I’ve had physical therapy numerous times at ProfessionalPT. My therapists have all been wonderful (special shoutout to Samantha S who is currently my therapist and has helped me before after a knee replacement). All the staff is helpful and cheerful. The facility is well set up for all kinds of physical therapy, including many exercise equipment found in gyms. It’s clean and love it has many windows that give the facility a bright ambiance. Highly recommend this facility. It also helps that it has a nice sized parking lot in back (where the entrance is).

I just finished rehabbing my shoulder and neck at Professional Physical Therapy after a bad fall and shoulder dislocation last April, and I had an amazing experience. My PT, Steve, was incredible—patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. What made the biggest difference for me was how much Steve understood the compensation patterns that developed after my injury. Over time, my body had adapted in all the wrong ways, and I ended up dealing with a complicated mix of shoulder, neck, and arm issues that became debilitating and affected my daily life. Steve was able to recognize those patterns and gradually help me retrain how my body was moving and functioning. I was in PT for about a year, and throughout that time he constantly adjusted my program based on my progress. If something wasn’t working or felt too difficult, he always had another approach ready. He took the time to explain how each exercise would help, how different areas were compensating for one another, and answered every question I had. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about his patients. I finally feel like I’m breaking out of the neuromuscular and biomechanical “spiral” that developed after the injury, and I honestly feel more normal again than I have in a very long time. I’m incredibly grateful for that. Everyone at the clinic—from the front desk staff to the assistants and other PTs—was friendly and professional. They made the entire experience a positive one. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. I would highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy—and Steve—to anyone 😊.
