Everyone at Professional Physical Therapy here at Brooklyn Heights was so kind, welcoming, and encouraging - I couldn't recommend this location more. Everyone comes in for different reasons. The staff treats each other and patients with good humor, which makes pushing oneself to get through each exercise and the path to recovery more enjoyable. I got the chance to work mostly with Shubin, who's wonderful, but the staff are very patient and accommodating of scheduling needs and I had great experiences with every provider I saw. Thank you!

Natasha and the supporting staff are wonderful, friendly and professional. Natasha has is quite knowledgeable about physical anatomy as she focuses on the exact area on my body that needs attention. She hears me and responds appropriately. After only a few visits I am hopeful that I will get better, something that I have not been in quite a while.
