One of the worst medical offices in Queens, not for the quality of doctors but for the way it's employees treat the people. Besides this, the bad customer service they provide is unbelievable; we call, they never pick up the phone, when they pick the phone they put you in hold for more than 15 minutes, when they finally give you the chance to talk they do not have the answers to the questions. At the end, you have to go personally to talk to Dr Malamud directly not before waiting for at least 2 hours. Definitely a bad choice, I regret going to this office.
