Best place ever! I have a fantastic doctor, Dr. H. He's very helpful and probably the best doctor I've had. I also wanted to let you know that you have the best office staff ever not only do they send out my fill-in form for my claims. They are also compassionate and understanding I remember one day staying on the phone with me until my medication's got sorted out she was kind compassionate and stayed with me the whole time. Finding mental healthcare with the right providers in the right environment is so important and so challenging at times too. Principium is that team for me. I’ve been a patient for many years. The customer service is stellar. The providers are educated, intelligent, resourceful and empathetic. The offices are clean, calming and accommodating. I’ve received TMS there in the past and now receive both ketamine and talk therapy. Payment is easy. Reimbursement is easy from insurance carriers so long as you have out of network benefits and your annual deductible is met. 5 stars from a very grateful patient!
