I had a dental appointment and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience! The clinic is extremely clean, everything is neat and sterile, which immediately makes you feel comfortable and confident. The procedure was completely painless, and the doctor was very gentle, attentive, and professional. I would highly recommend the doctor for their professionalism, care, and attention to detail. I also want to give a special thank you to Kate, who worked on my teeth — she is amazing! Very kind, attentive, and truly excellent at what she does. Dr. G and his front desk staff Gina and Melissa are truly a fantastic team, along with Evelyn and Mohammad. From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for and at ease. Everyone was kind, patient, and most importantly, gentle. Each step of the process was explained clearly, thoroughly, and professionally, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I came in as an emergency patient after accidentally swallowing my crown, and they immediately helped resolve the issue. A temporary crown was placed, and impressions were taken for a new one with great care and efficiency. The entire experience was handled seamlessly. I visited the Sheepshead Bay location, though my primary office is Dyker, and the level of service was exceptional. This dental practice is truly a gem, and I highly recommend them.
