Nick and his team have been helping me for the past 8 months following my ACL surgery. Prevail was strongly recommended by my surgeon, and it’s easy to see why. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. The entire team creates a supportive and motivating environment, and my recovery has gone extremely well thanks to their guidance. I had an ACL knee surgery a year ago and Nick has been wonderful in my journey to full recovery. My knee feels capable to the point that I can get back to do sports. Nick is knowledgeable in many aspects of rehab such as exercises, intensity, frequency, techniques and stretching. Nick also taught me exercises and stretches to do on my own to accelerate my recovery. Beside having Nick as the main guy in helping me, John was very friendly and helpful in setting up the equipments for the exercises. I can confidently say that if you have a knee injury or surgery and commit to go here every week and follow their advice, you will see results in your recovery.
