WONDERFUL! From the moment we entered the clean office we were met by staff that was happy, helpful and clearly enjoyed working there! We were seen early. Annie (?) was such a kindhearted individual who really showed empathy towards me as a patient. She took what I had to say word for word without rushing or downgrading me. After running my case by Dr.Malhotra he came into the exam room. While the expected news was not good news, he was clear with the diagnosis, and confident! I had seen other doctors before prior to this meeting , and while they gave me the same diagnosis I didn’t realize how not confident they were with what the future held until I met Dr Malhotra! While he is confident and optimistic he gave clear real world expectations. I am a paramedic (at least was) and to see such empathy from all staff members in this office is so rare in medicine these days. True gems! Highly highly highly recommend this expert office!
