Except for an experience on 11/16/2022, with an employee gathering urine samples who was aggressive, belligerent, and combative, qualities lacking in a professional. I am a loyal, long-time customer of Premier Urology and I've always been treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect not to mention empathy due to elderly patients myself included. I was told upon arrival by the receptionist at the front desk to proceed inside to the back and wait for a urine flow test, I hope she is re-trained or prevented from public dealings in which she may cause harm to the integrity of Premier Urology.
