Rundown office and equipment. The staff is clueless and never knows what your appointment is for. Even when you are the first appointment of the day, chances are that you have to wait for over an hour. Not putting up with it anymore.

Dr. Berman is a gem! One of the best doctor's I have ever encountered, it is unfortunate though that his front desk staff is atrocious! No one EVER picks up the phone or returns the messages. I had to choose the emergency option to get someone on the phone and on top of it all, once you do get someone on the phone they are rude and lack any customer service skills!
