Dr Kim is an excellent doctor, he has been my whole families doctor for over 20 years. However the office group that runs it now, Premiere Health, is the poorest run medical business I have ever used. They are condescending and rude just about every time you call, if you are lucky enough to get it answered. Good luck getting appointments and especially good luck getting your medications. Again, great doctor, HORRIBLE staff!! As I said I have been with Dr Kim for over 20 years and sad that it's definitely time to move on. I would NOT recommend Premiere Health to anyone. Nothing Premiere about them.

I have been a patient here for roughly over 5 years and I love it. The nurse practitioner , my primary Dr bollard and Dr casella are outstanding . Dr Casella saved my life I called him at the office as I was laying on the gym floor in pain and we spoke about the pain in my stomach and where it was and how it felt and bc of him I was able to get to the hospital in time before my appendix blew. The nurse practitioner is equally amazing. Very thorough. Dr bollard As well as very thorough very personable they’re just also amazing. I couldn’t say enough.. The girls in the front that do the scheduling I really like Cynthia she always goes above and beyond to help out, especially when I was having issues at the pharmacy trying to locate my medication Because certain pharmacies didn’t have it in stock
