Precision Care Medical Pc

Today was my first visit at precision. I must say Dr.Marcus and the physical therapist Wendy were genuinely amazing, and informative. With them I felt like so far my appointment was a success ✅. However, lady physically at the front desk and Dr.Wendy’s assistant wasn’t welcoming 😕. Their customer service skills seems dull, boring, and more so just generally annoyed with their job 🤦🏾‍♀️. The virtual woman and the virtual guy were pleasant😊. Keep doing a wonderful job Dr. Marcus & Pt Wendy ❤️.

I’m here at their office as I write this review. I show up and the virtual receptionist tells me the doctor I have my appointment with (which my insurance approved) is not here and no one called me regarding this. Now he wants to me call my primary care doctor to switch the approval to another doctor here. Why couldn’t they tell me this prior? I took time off work and I’m coming from really far away.. They told me to have a seat and seems like they’re going to call my doctors office to switch things up. I had such high hopes of this place based on their reviews but this is a horrible first experience and show how the value their patient’s time. There was also some lady who may have been a manager talking down to two receptionists girls and thinking she was cute. Also, She was yapping so much at them that she didn't care if I had a question which I did but out of politeness, I waited till she was done to ask the female receptionist a question about my issue. They also mentioned some other type of authorization which they should have been checking before the patients appointment just to make sure everything is sorted out, instead of waiting for the patient to arrive to tell the patient. They said I could have seen the other doctor and pay out of pocket. Are you kidding me? I didn't even get a reminder call on my appointment which if they did, they probably would have noticed the doctor I scheduled the visit with wasn't even there! I’ll update if needed. Let’s see what they decide on.
