After waiting for over an hour and a half I was “seen” by the “doctor”. I questioned some medication I was prescribed and the doctor went on GOOGLE to read me the uses for it. Strange right. Afterwards he just assumed I wanted to lose weight and proceeded to express the underlining reason for my PCOS is due to my diet and I should look into a plant based diet. I had more questions than just my weight concerns. Didn’t even exam me or ask anything relevant to my visit. Such a joke.

The waiting time is just unacceptable. I waited for hours before I decided to leave without being seen. I don’t understand why they overbook but they should at least inform patients that they’ll be there all day.
