Our experience with Bowery Valuation was extremely disappointing, and we would not recommend them. We paid $5,000 for a small business appraisal working with Home Trust Bank, yet the final report was incomplete and missed a major structural component of the building entirely—raising serious concerns about its accuracy. When we raised these issues, we received vague responses and excuses instead of accountability, along with suggestions of additional fees to address their own oversights. Due to the lack of transparency and professionalism, we ultimately canceled our contracts. Overall, a frustrating experience. We expected far greater diligence, communication, and integrity.
